Hi Kerrianne, Im not sure if the protein powder I used is available in Australia, you can check on their website. This is such a delicious quick snack after my workout. Optional but recommended step: mix in chocolate chips. I wouldnt recommend adding liquid, the recipe has no eggs as a binder and liquid will dilute the batter that cant firm up.
